JetPclDP Delphi Pascal Example source code.

This file includes Delphi Pascal source code which may be used as an
example of how the JetPCL Win32 DLL may be interfaced to a Delphi program.
The source code has not been tested completely but does serve well as a guide to
experienced Delphi programmers. This source code is offered free "AS IS" and is
expected to be used solely as a tutorial for understanding the JetPCL Developer API.
