JetPCL® Batch Process Support Policy
JetPCL Batch Process includes technical support for customers that are currently licensed to use either the JetPCL Service Provider or the JetPCL Enterprise Server product. As long as the license for either one of these products is current then any JetPCL Batch Process issues will be included under the same terms.
JetPCL is always licensed "AS IS" and therefore we always suggest that customers do as much testing as needed to feel comfortable with our product. However, most of our customers are very happy with the prompt free technical support which they receive in nearly all cases.
