JetPCL^® Document Capture : purchase

JetPCL Document Capture is available to corporate IT customers under our JetPCL Enterprise Server license which allows the End Customer to install JetPCL Document Capture on desktop or server machines in various configurations for enterprise applications such as:

• Enterprise Wide Desktop Installations with Support.
• Automated Server Based Print Capture.
• IP Port Print Capture (on RAW port 9100 or LPR port 515).
• Folder Monitoring Automatic PCL File Conversion.
• Print Redirection of PCL print streams to non-PCL printers.
• Terminal Server Remote Desktop Capture or Redirection.
• Application Integration with Post-Processing after Capture Conversion.

Currenty we do not license JetPCL Document Capture to individual users although individuals are always welcome to purchase an enterprise license.

JetPCL Document Capture is also available to software developers, system integrators and service providers for integrated use with their products under our JetPCL Service Provider and JetPCL Software Developer licensing.

JetPCL Document Capture run on Windows Win32 and X64, Desktop and Server machines, for use with all standard Windows applications as well as non-standard and legacy applications that send raw PCL print data directly to the print driver (unlike all other PDF capture drivers on the market)!

Provided with JetPCL Document Capture:

• Includes an easy to install Windows print driver that will automatically capture Windows print output to PDF and TIFF electronic document formats at 200, 300, 400 and 600 dpi.
• Application PCL data may also be sent directly to the print driver in RAW mode with the same results.
• Automation and Integration utilities and developer documentation come with the Server license.

Exclusions for JetPCL Document Capture:

• Licensee may NOT distribute JetPCL Document Capture.
• The Desktop licenses are intended for use by single user desktop machines while server configurations can be installed on desktop and server machines and can be setup for automated or integrated use.

Pricing for JetPCL Document Capture:

• Desktop pricing is based on the number of desktop installations required and the type of configuration (Document Capture or Print Redirection) and is licensed under our Enterprise license. Call or email for details (using the Contact Form below).
• Server, IP Capture and other automated configurations are available upon request and licensed under either our Enterprise, Service Provider or Software Developer license. Call or email for details (using the Contact Form below).

For Desktop configurations we allow up to 5 installations under the standard entry level pricing. Call for details.

JetPCL Document Capture installations may also be configured to allow for more than one Document Capture printer on one machine. This allows for capturing to different locations with unique capture settings. This can be a critical feature in some server installations where PCL print streams will need to be separated by department, document content type or by client. Call for details.

Server configurations include any machine serving multiple users or a machine running in an automated way that does not require user interaction or a machine setup to be used by many remote users (that may require user interaction). In most cases licensing includes technical support and maintenance releases as needed. Discounts apply when there is more than one server installation or more than one capture printer. Automated use means JetPCL Document Capture configurations that capture print streams without user interaction.

Integrated use means configuring JetPCL Document Capture to act as a front end interface to a larger, back end server based application. This is done by configuring JetPCL Document Capture to call a post-processes specified by the developer. Call for more detail. We would be happy to explain how easily this can be done.

We do not offer returns on this product due to the nature of the licensing agreement. We recommend you do your testing with the free evaluation kit before purchasing a license.
