JetPCL^® Document Capture : purchase

JetPCL Document Capture is available to desktop users under our simple two page End User License Agreement. This simple agreement allows the End User to install JetPCL Document Capture on a single user desktop machine for use with their Windows applications.

JetPCL Document Capture is also available to corporate IT customers under our JetPCL Enterprise Server license which allows the End Customer to install JetPCL Document Capture on server machines in various configurations for enterprise applications such as:

• Automated Server Based Print Capture.
• IP Print Capture (on RAW port 9100 or LPR port 515).
• Print Redirection (of PCL print streams to a non-PCL printer).
• Terminal Server Remote Desktop Capture or Redirection.
• Enterprise Wide Desktop Installations with Support.

JetPCL Document Capture is also available to software developers, system integrators and service providers for integrated use with their products under our JetPCL Service Provider and JetPCL Software Developer licensing.

All on Windows Win32 and X64, Desktop and Server machines, for use with all standard Windows applications as well as non-standard and legacy applications that send raw PCL print data to the print driver!

Provided with JetPCL Document Capture:

• Includes an easy to install Windows print driver that will automatically capture Windows print output to PDF and TIFF electronic document formats at 200, 300, 400 and 600 dpi.
• Application PCL data may also be sent directly to the print driver in RAW mode with the same results.
• Automation and Integration utilities and developer documentation come with the Server license.

Exclusions for JetPCL Document Capture:

• Licensee may NOT distribute JetPCL Document Capture.
• The Desktop licenses are intended for use by single end users while the Enterprise Server and Service provider licenses can be installed on a server and setup for automated or integrated use.

Pricing for JetPCL Document Capture:

• Desktop License pricing is based of the number of desktops required and the type of configuration - Document Capture or Print Redirection. Call or email for details (below).
• Server and automated configurations are available upon request and licensed under either the JetPCL Enterprise Server, Service Provider or Software Developer licenses. Call or email for details (below).

For Desktop configurations we do offer significant volume discounts for corporate customers. Volume discounts start at 3 or more units. Call for details.

Server configurations include any machine serving multiple users or a machine running in an automated fashion or a desktop machine setup to be used by different remote users. Server licensing includes maintenance releases and support. Discounts apply when there is more than one server installation. Call for details.

Automated use means configuring JetPCL Document Capture capture print streams without user interaction.

Integrated use means configuring JetPCL Document Capture to act as a front end interface to a larger, back end server based by application. This is done by configuring JetPCL Document Capture to call a post-processes specified by the developer. Call for more detail. We would be happy to explain how easily this can be done.

We recommend that you download and install the free evaluation version of JetPCL Document Capture, do your testing and then you only need to purchase a license, which will include an activation key.
